Role structure

In an attempt to add structure to chaos, we’ve divided roles into three contexts. Each context plays a crucial part in the success of Ravenskeep events and our community. Below, you’ll find an overview of each context and what they mean.

Community

Within this context, we specify the roles that exist within the community. These roles are primarily administrative in nature. Because the community traditionally has had a specific board member designated as head of logistics, we also have a logistics role. The roles include:
